SUMAC, the avant-garde metal trio celebrated for their intense sound, is launching an extensive Sumac Tour across the United States. This highly anticipated tour follows the release of their album The Healer and collaborative effort The Film with Moor Mother.
The tour commences on July 25, 2025, in New York City, NY. Subsequent dates, kicking off in Baltimore, MD on July 28, will feature Chepang and Patrick Shiroishi. Fans can catch them in major cities including Philadelphia, Chicago, Grand Rapids, Columbus and Pittsburgh. SUMAC will also perform at the Somergloom Festival in Somerville, MA, on August 9th. Select shows will feature The Healer played in its entirety, with hints of additional collaborative performances with Moor Mother. This Sumac Tour is a significant event for devotees of experimental music.
